Built in 2011 by the architect Raphaëlle Segond, former collaborator of the star architect Rudy Ricciotti, the house offers panoramic views. Backed by a superb 1,280 m² terraced land, the villa has a surface area of 200 m² spread over 2 levels. The ground floor houses the 85 m² reception area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. This volume opens onto a 35 m² terrace with a sea view to the south, and a 95 m² terrace to the west with a 10m x 4m swimming pool, lounge area and summer kitchen.
